Access is restricted to ANCA Motion and authorised nominees. Outdated information is routinely destroyed on a periodic basis as determined by company management.

Cookies and Google Analytics

ANCA Motion uses cookies to track website visitor activity for content improvement and user experience enhancement. We never share cookie information with third parties.

We use the following Google services:

  • Remarketing with Google Analytics
  • Google Display Network Impression Reporting
  • Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting

Web form submissions store data in our CRM system. Using private browsing mode prevents this tracking. If you prefer not to share browsing data, please do not complete web forms.

Direct Marketing

By providing your personal information, you consent to receiving marketing materials. ANCA Motion operates a 100% permission-based email program. Our e-newsletter includes clearly marked unsubscribe links. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Information Disclosure

ANCA Motion may share personal information with authorised overseas sales representatives for the purpose for which it was collected or for reasonably expected related purposes (for example: freight delivery coordination, service follow-up, or refund processing).

  • Our Singapore-based Marketing Automation provider
  • ANCA Motion employees located overseas
  • Worldwide independent sales representatives

Recipients may be located in Asia, Europe, and the USA. By providing your information, you consent to overseas disclosure and acknowledge that overseas recipients not affiliated with ANCA Motion are not bound by the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information Security

Personal information is protected from misuse, loss, interference, and unauthorised access or disclosure in line with our internal company policies and procedures. Outdated data is routinely destroyed on a periodic basis as determined by ANCA Motion’s management.

Access and Correction

You may request access to your personal information or request corrections at no charge. Processing fees may apply for reasonable costs. ANCA Motion reserves the right to refuse access where legally entitled, and will provide written reasons and complaint procedure information in such cases.

ANCA Motion addresses privacy complaints promptly, objectively, and confidentially. Complaints will receive a response within 30 days following verification of your identity.
