ANCA Motion, a leading provider of premium motion control systems for global CNC Machine and Automation industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Mannix as the new General Manager.

With his extensive experience in engineering management and a deep understanding of industry trends, Mannix will play a crucial role in driving innovation and expanding ANCA Motion's market presence.

With a keen eye on leveraging ANCA's "ultra" precision, he aspires to extend the company's reach across industries, bringing unrivalled capabilities to new markets.

Previously the Head of ANCA's global Engineering department, Matt has demonstrated success in leading large multi-disciplinary teams, managing research and technology and product development across multiple continents. Joining ANCA in 2011, he has been recognised for his ability to deliver customer success and drive business growth in fast-paced and complex environments.

With an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and a strong foundation in industry, Mannix is renowned for his human-centric approach to technology-centric business. A member of The Australian Precision Manufacturing Group, he understands the importance of collaboration, networking, and education.
