Paul Bocchi

As the General Manager, Paul leads the ANCA Motion team. Paul has over 15 years’ experience at ANCA having roles in engineering, marketing and product management. He has been involved in the development of various ANCA products and applications, including the commercialisation of ANCA’s TapX CNC machine. This product went on to win the 2008 Advanced Manufacturing Australia Innovation Excellence Award.
 
Paul holds degrees in mechanical engineering and computer science and was appointed General Manager of ANCA Motion in 2013. ANCA Motion employs 100 staff, of which 60 are based in Australia. His focus is the strategic and operational direction of ANCA Motion as it continues to rapidly expand into global markets including China, USA, and Europe.
